CepPro stores only the operational data required to manage repair, retail, telecom CRM, accounting, inventory, and messaging for a shop account.

What we collect
  • Business account profile data such as shop name, email, phone, address, and plan metadata.
  • Operational customer data required for repairs, sales, telecom follow-up, and messaging.
  • Device, order, inventory, accounting, and notification records generated by day-to-day shop activity.
How data is used
  • To complete repair intake, sales processing, inventory management, accounting, and internal team coordination.
  • To send operational updates such as received-device, approval-request, ready-for-delivery, or contract follow-up notices.
  • To produce internal reports and dashboards for the owning business account only.
Data minimization
  • The platform should collect only the data required to deliver operational workflows.
  • Google Drive is a backup destination only and is not used as the primary database.
  • The application is not an official carrier activation, tax, or legal-government platform.
