Terms of Service

CepPro is an internal shop-management SaaS. It supports tenant-isolated business operations and does not replace official tax, carrier, or government systems.

Service scope
  • The service covers repair operations, retail sales, telecom CRM tracking, inventory, accounting, settings, and reporting.
  • The service does not replace e-Fatura, e-Arsiv, e-Belge, carrier activation systems, or official legal systems.
  • Each tenant is responsible for the correctness of its own business data, messaging content, and provider credentials.
Operational messaging
  • Operational messages may be used for active customer workflows such as repair intake or approval requests.
  • Marketing communication should require explicit tenant-side consent and proper separation from operational flows.
  • External providers such as Netgsm, WhatsApp Cloud API, Amazon SES, and Google Drive remain third-party services with their own terms.
Security and isolation
  • Tenant data is intended to remain isolated through business-account scoping and RLS policies.
  • Users are expected to manage roles, permissions, and internal access responsibly.
  • Secrets for external integrations must not be exposed on the frontend.
