Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

CepPro is operational software for phone repair shops, electronics retailers, and wholesale businesses. CepPro may not be used for illegal activity, fraud, money transmission, crypto services, gambling, adult services, regulated goods, or any activity that violates applicable law.

Prohibited activities

The following activities are prohibited on CepPro and may lead to suspension or termination:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Fraud, deception, impersonation, or any attempt to mislead users or payment providers.
• Money transmission, money services businesses, money remittance, or holding funds on behalf of third parties.
• Banking, lending, deposit-taking, brokerage, or other financial services.
• Crypto exchange, custody, mining, ICO/IDO, or related services.
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, or similar regulated activity.
• Adult content or adult services.
• Sale or distribution of regulated goods or services not permitted in this product.
• Weapons, ammunition, or related accessories where prohibited.
• Drugs, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia where prohibited.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse directed at any person or group.
• Unauthorized access to any account, workspace, or system.
• Distribution of malware, exploits, phishing pages, or other security abuse.
• Automated scraping or data collection beyond ordinary product use.
• Misuse of customer personal data, including selling or sharing it without lawful basis.

Workspace responsibility

Workspace administrators are responsible for the actions of their users and must remove anyone who violates this policy. Workspace administrators are also responsible for ensuring that data entered into CepPro is collected and used lawfully.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, content removal, suspension, or termination. Serious violations may be reported to authorities or payment providers as required by law.
