Cancellation Policy

Overview

CepPro is sold as a software subscription. This policy explains what happens when a subscription is cancelled or reaches the end of its term.

No automatic card renewal today

CepPro does not automatically charge a card to renew your subscription. No online card payment step is enabled yet, so a subscription never renews itself by charging you. If an approved online payment provider is enabled in the future, automatic renewal would only ever apply after you explicitly opt in.

Annual subscriptions end on the expiry date

A yearly subscription runs until its expiry date and then ends. To keep using CepPro, you renew it for another term. You are never charged automatically to continue.

Cancelling a renewal

Because nothing renews automatically today, there is no charge to cancel — you simply let the term end. When a future online payment provider is enabled and you have opted in to automatic renewal, you will be able to cancel that renewal at any time from the subscription / billing page in your account, and the subscription will then end on its expiry date.

What happens after expiry

When a subscription ends, your account does not lock immediately:

• A 7-day grace period: full access continues so you can renew or export without pressure.
• After the grace period: the account moves to a read-only mode where you can still view your data, renew the subscription, and contact support — but cannot create or change records.
• Your data is never deleted because a subscription expired or was cancelled.

Your data is kept

Cancelling or letting a subscription expire never deletes your business data. It stays available to view and export, and becomes fully editable again as soon as you renew. Permanent deletion only happens on an explicit, verified request from the workspace owner.
