Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of CepPro, an independent software product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

CepPro is an independent software product. These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and the operators of CepPro and apply whenever you access or use the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

CepPro is a software-as-a-service platform. Customers purchase access to software features through recurring subscription plans. CepPro does not provide financial services, money transmission, banking, crypto services, gambling services, adult services, or regulated products. The service helps phone repair shops, electronics retailers, and wholesale businesses manage repair tickets, retail point-of-sale, inventory, suppliers, cashier shifts, reports, and operational records.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for adding, removing, and managing the access of users in their workspace.

4. Subscription and payment terms

Access to CepPro is sold as a recurring subscription. Plan tier, price, and any included usage limits are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may vary by country due to taxes, currency conversion, or payment-provider rules.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of CepPro is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal activity, fraud, money transmission, banking or financial services, crypto services, gambling, adult services, regulated goods, and similar activity. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Customer data and user responsibility

Shop owners and authorized users are responsible for ensuring that the customer, employee, supplier, and operational data they enter into CepPro is collected and used lawfully. CepPro processes that data on the workspace's behalf to deliver the service.

7. Software access, not ownership

Subscriptions grant access to the CepPro software during the subscription term. They do not transfer ownership, source code, or any intellectual-property rights in the software.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time and will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect your subscription.

9. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains for the remainder of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Refund policy

Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy. In short, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied; renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved after review.

11. Intellectual property

All trademarks, software, designs, and content provided by CepPro remain the property of CepPro and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you enter into your workspace.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CepPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and CepPro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

13. Prohibited activities

You may not use CepPro for any activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. CepPro reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

14. Payment provider / Merchant of Record

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record. The payment provider may handle payment processing, taxes, invoicing, refunds, disputes, and payment-related compliance according to its own terms.
