Overview

CepPro sells access to software through recurring subscription plans. The terms below describe when refunds are available.

Refunds on the first subscription payment

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the first subscription payment if they are not satisfied with the service.

Renewal payments

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved after review on a case-by-case basis.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on the payment provider and your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Fraud and abuse

Refund requests connected to fraud, chargebacks initiated without contacting us first, or abuse of the refund process may be refused, and the corresponding subscription may be suspended.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us by email with your account email, the date of the payment, and a brief reason for the request.
